Sherpa is committed to customer satisfaction. Should you change your mind, not receive the correct product or perhaps ordered the wrong size we will happily exchange or refund your purchase providing:
- The items are returned within 80 days of purchase with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Items are in original condition as received, with all labels/tickets attached.
- Garments must not have been worn or used (except for trying on)

Of course! You can return your order for a refund or exchange for another size or product at our shop in Dural. Please bring along your order invoice and ensure the item(s) are eligible for return based on our returns policy above.
Customers are responsible for the return postage except for warranty claims. Sherpa will pay for postage of delivery your new size or exchanged item.
